Scott really took off

The show was really good. Like really, really, good. So I would highly recommend it for anyone who has read the books or seen the movies. If you haven't seen or read either media, start there and get familiar with the story. It will improve the show ten-fold, since everything would make more sense with jokes improving since you know the origin of them now.

[To get started, here is the first book on the Internet Archive]

But why couldn't they make a CD of the ost? Licensing issues with the distribution of music physically? Or was it projected that it wouldn't sell well? We will never know, unless there is enough demand for it.

[Possible CD art if it ever happens]

FUN FACT!

Bryan Lee O'Malley lived in Toronto in his early twenties during the early 2000's while being in a band. This plus his upbringing of video games and anime informed how he created Scott Pilgrim. With him including real places from the city throughout the books run.
