I would say to stop, take a breath and calmly ask about the Terms Of Service or laws of such.
Then ask how and when one or multiple rules were broken. Use basic logic to your advantage since you don't know anything. Possibly aiding you in the future.

To sum it us, just question everything that you don't understand.
